Where The Trees And The Stars Are
I’m so excited to be releasing my FIRST OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO!! We shot this video last summer 2010 and had an absolute blast!! The song “Where the Trees and the Stars Are” was written while reflecting upon how much I love the city in which I was born. As a musician, Louisville has been very nurturing. I’ve also heard from many newcomers to Louisville that our city has an immediate sense of community making them feel instantly welcome. Personally, I think one of the greatest things about Louisville is how quickly you can drive away from the inner city and be completely immersed in nature. For many artists, nature seems to play a significant role in inspiring their creative process. Maybe that’s why so many creators are pulled to make Louisville their home. Although I don’t partake in “bourbon jars” much these days, getting lost in the Kentucky countryside is a wonderful contrast to balance out the city life. Thank you Louisville for your inspiration!
